The Hellenic Sinology Center is staffed by academic and administrative staff from the two partner universities. It is administered by its director and executive director and managed by a joint committee.

The Center’s authority rests on its community of staff, research associates and fellows, attracting emerging researchers and professionals at the start of their careers as well as established experts.
